A solution for rapid X-ray emission spectroscopy

This device uses a Johann-type spectrometer with cylindrically bent analyser crystals. The setup is made dispersive by positioning the sample inside the Rowland-circle. Note that this solution allows us to make use of the X-ray photons more effectively.
